Use of the Service

• The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use unless you have purchased a reseller package.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and activity.
• You agree not to share, resell, or redistribute your subscription outside the terms of your plan.

Subscriptions & Access

Subscriptions are activated after payment is confirmed. Access is granted for the duration of the selected plan. Reseller credits and packages follow the specific terms provided at the time of purchase.

Content & Availability

We work to keep channels, sports content, and on-demand libraries available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times due to factors outside our control, including third-party content providers and internet connectivity.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for accounts found in violation of these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViewerFirst is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
