What exactly am I subscribing to?
An IPTV subscription: live TV channels, movies and series delivered over your internet connection instead of a dish or a cable box. One set of login details opens 51,000+ live channels and events from 80+ countries, plus 164,000+ movies and 37,000+ series, inside a player app on the screens you already own. Our plain-English guide to IPTV explains how it works.
What do I need before I start?
Three things: a screen that runs a player app (smart TV, streaming stick, box, phone, tablet or computer), a stable internet connection, and the app itself. The setup guide asks for your device and shows the steps for that device only.
How does the free trial work?
Ask for it on the free trial page, on WhatsApp or on Telegram. You get 24 hours of full access on one screen, with the same channels and library as a paid plan. No card, no payment details, nothing to cancel afterwards. One trial per household.
When do my login details arrive?
By email, once your payment is confirmed. Trial details usually arrive within the hour. If nothing shows up, look in your spam or promotions folder, then message us with your order number.
Do I need to create an account on the website?
No. There is no customer account to create or password to remember on this site. You order with your email address, and everything we send (payment instructions, login details, renewal reminders) goes to that address.
What are an M3U link and an Xtream Codes login?
Two ways of loading the same subscription into a player app. An M3U link is one long web address that contains your channel list. An Xtream Codes login is a server address, a username and a password. Most apps accept the Xtream format; tell us your app and we send the right one.
Plans & paying
Which plans can I choose from?
1, 3, 6 or 12 months, for 1 to 4 screens at the same time. Every plan has the full line-up and the whole on-demand library; the only differences are length and number of screens. Prices start at $4.99/month on the 12-month plan. All prices are on the pricing page.
How can I pay?
By card (including Apple Pay and Google Pay), PayPal, crypto with Binance Pay, or a gift card. For card, PayPal and crypto, you place your order and we email you the payment instructions straight away. For a gift card, you enter the code at checkout: it is encrypted in your browser before it leaves your device. Card details are never typed on this site.
How does paying with a gift card work?
Choose Gift card at checkout and type the card code. The code is sealed in your browser, so only our payments team can open it. Once the card is checked, your login details are emailed to you. Not sure which card to buy? Ask us before you order.
Will I be charged again automatically?
Never. Each plan is paid once, in advance. A week before it ends, and again the day before, we email you a link that renews the same plan; if you do nothing, it simply stops.
Are there any extra costs?
No setup fee and no equipment to rent. Prices are in US dollars. Some player apps ask for their own small activation fee: that goes to the app's developer, not to us.
Can I add a screen or switch to a longer plan?
Yes. Message us with your order number and what you would like to change, and we tell you the cost of the difference.
Screens & devices
Which devices does it work on?
Samsung and LG smart TVs, Amazon Fire TV, Android TV and Google TV, Apple TV, iPhone and iPad, Android phones and tablets, Windows and Mac computers, and MAG or Formuler boxes. The setup guide covers each of them.
Which player app should I install?
It depends on the device. The setup guide suggests one app per device, with one or two alternatives, and walks you through entering your details. We do not sell or publish any app ourselves; they come from their own developers.
Can I use it on an Amazon Fire TV Stick?
Yes, it is one of the most common setups. It takes about ten minutes: our step-by-step Fire TV article goes from unboxing to the first channel.
How many screens can watch at the same time?
The number you chose with your plan: 1, 2, 3 or 4. You can install the app on as many devices as you like, but only that many can play at once.
I changed my TV. Do I need a new subscription?
No. Install the app on the new device and enter the same login details. There is nothing to deactivate on the old one.
How fast does my internet need to be?
Count about 10 Mbps for each screen in HD and 25 Mbps for each screen in 4K. Stability matters as much as speed: a cable to the TV, or a router in the same room, prevents most buffering. Details in our internet speed guide.
Do I need a VPN?
No. If you use one anyway, pick a fast server near you; a distant or overloaded VPN server is a frequent cause of buffering.
What you can watch
Which channels are included?
51,000+ live channels and events from 80+ countries, in every plan. The channel list lets you open a country or search a channel by name.
How can I be sure a channel I want is there?
Search for it in the channel list, then watch it during the free trial. Line-ups change over time; if one channel decides everything for you, ask us first.
Are movies and series included?
Yes, 164,000+ movies and 37,000+ series on demand, from recent releases to complete seasons, kids' titles and documentaries. Available audio tracks and subtitles depend on each title.
Can I watch live sport?
Yes. Sports channels and event channels come with every plan: open the Sports & events tab of the channel list. Event channels go live for each match or race, so what they carry changes from one event to the next. Tips for a smoother picture are in this article.
Is there a TV guide?
Yes. Thousands of channels come with programme information, shown by apps that support a guide, such as TiviMate or IPTV Smarters. Coverage varies from one channel to another.
Refunds & privacy
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 7 days of payment, when a problem on our side stops the service from working (repeated interruptions, a fault we cannot fix). It does not cover a change of mind, or problems caused by your connection, your device or a player app. The full rules are in the refund policy.
How do I ask for one?
Write to us from the contact page (topic: Subscription & billing) within 7 days of payment, with your order number, your device and app, and what goes wrong. We try to fix it with you first; if we cannot, the money goes back the way you paid.
What do you do with my data?
As little as possible: your email address, your order and the messages you send us. The site uses an encrypted connection, card details never pass through it, and we do not sell data. The privacy policy has the details.
Talk to us
How do I reach support?
On WhatsApp, Telegram or email, all listed on the contact page. A person answers, every day, in the language you write in, and can stay with you through the setup of each screen.

Yes, with the partner program. Joining is free and you get a personal code. Each new customer who orders a 3, 6 or 12-month plan with it saves 10%, every time they use it, and you earn 20% of their first order.
