Terms of Service

The rules for using the ViewerFirst website and subscription: what a plan includes, how you pay, and what we each commit to.

In short

  • You must be 18 or older; the Service is for private viewing in your household.
  • Plans last 1, 3, 6 or 12 months, are paid once and never renew automatically.
  • Card, PayPal and crypto payments follow instructions sent by email; gift card codes are encrypted in your browser.
  • Line-ups change over time: check the channel list and use the free trial before ordering.

A summary to help you read. The full text below is what applies.

Scope of these terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) apply to the ViewerFirst website and to the ViewerFirst IPTV subscription (together, the “Service”). “ViewerFirst”, “we” and “us” mean the team that operates the Service; “you” means anyone who visits the site, requests a trial or orders a plan.

ViewerFirst is run by an independent team working remotely, without premises open to the public. Everything that concerns your order, including formal notices, goes through the channels listed on our contact page. Our identification details are on the legal notice.

Requesting a trial, placing an order or using the Service means you accept these Terms and the documents they refer to: the refund policy, the privacy policy and the cookie policy. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Service.

Who may subscribe

You must be 18 or older and able to sign a contract in your country. The details you give us when you order (name, email address, country) must be accurate and your own.

It is your responsibility to check that subscribing to and watching an IPTV service is allowed where you live and where you watch. Where it is not, you must not use the Service.

What a plan gives you

A plan gives you internet access to live channels and events and to an on-demand library of movies and series, played through a compatible app on your own device.

  • Login details. Once payment is confirmed, we email you login details in the format your app needs: a server address with a username and password, or an M3U link.
  • Screens. Your plan allows 1, 2, 3 or 4 screens to play at the same time, as chosen at checkout. The app may be installed on more devices; only that number may play at once.
  • Apps. Player apps are made and distributed by independent developers. They are not part of the Service, and any fee they ask for is paid to them.
  • Equipment. Your device, your internet access and any data charges from your provider remain your responsibility.
  • No customer account. You do not create an account on our website. Your email address is how we identify your orders.

Channels and on-demand titles

The line-up evolves. Channels can be added, renamed or removed, event channels only carry an event while it is live, and the on-demand library changes. The figures and the channel list on our website describe the catalogue on the date they show.

We cannot promise that a given channel, programme, title or event will be available at a given moment or for the whole of your plan. If one matters to you, look it up in the channel list, ask us, and watch it during the free trial before ordering.

We do not produce the programmes carried by the Service. Channel names, titles, logos and other marks belong to their owners and appear only to identify content.

The free trial

The trial lets you test the Service on your own device and connection before paying: 24 hours of full access on one screen, without a payment card. It is limited to one per person and per household. We may decline or stop a trial when requests are repeated or abusive.

Ordering and paying

  • Plans. Plans last 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. A plan starts when your login details are sent and runs for the period paid.
  • Prices. Prices are in US dollars and shown on the pricing page. Taxes may apply depending on your country. The price that applies is the one shown at checkout.
  • Card or PayPal. No payment is taken on our website. After you order, we email you the instructions to pay through our payment provider. Your order is confirmed once the payment reaches us.
  • Gift card. If you pay with a gift card, its code is encrypted in your browser before it is sent, opened only by our payments team, and deleted once the order is closed. A card that is invalid, already used or of insufficient value does not confirm the order.
  • Unpaid orders. An order whose payment does not arrive within a reasonable time is cancelled.
  • No automatic renewal. Each plan is a single payment. We email you before it ends with a link to renew; nothing happens if you do not use it.
  • Price changes. We may change prices at any time. A change never affects a plan already paid.

Immediate start and withdrawal

The Service is a digital service. By ordering, you ask us to start it as soon as your login details are sent.

Where the law of your country gives consumers a period to withdraw from an online purchase, and that right ends or is reduced once a digital service has started at the consumer's request, you acknowledge this when you order. Problems that stop the Service from working are then handled under the refund policy, which gives you 7 days from payment.

Keeping your login details private

Your login details are confidential and meant for your household. Do not publish them, share them outside your home or hand them to anyone for resale. Any use made with your details is your responsibility. If you think they have leaked, tell us and we replace them.

Fair use

The Service is for private, non-commercial viewing. You agree not to:

  • play on more screens at once than your plan allows, or give access to people outside your household;
  • resell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the Service or your login details;
  • show the Service in public or commercial places such as bars, restaurants, hotels or shops;
  • record, copy, rebroadcast or publish any stream or content obtained through the Service;
  • copy, scrape or republish our channel list, guides, texts or images, or collect them with automated tools;
  • attempt to get around our security measures, probe our systems or disrupt the Service;
  • use the Service in breach of any law that applies to you.

Availability and quality

We work to keep the Service running smoothly, but no online service is free of interruptions. Maintenance, updates or events outside our control can make it briefly unavailable, and picture quality depends on your connection and device.

If interruptions are frequent or the Service stops working, contact us so we can investigate. When the cause is on our side and we cannot fix it, the refund policy applies.

Support

Our team answers every day through the channels on the contact page and helps you set up the Service on your devices. We cannot repair devices, apps or networks we do not control, but we will tell you what we can about them.

Suspension and end of access

We may suspend or close your access without refund if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, in particular the rules on login details and fair use, if you open a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first, or if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud. When we can, we contact you first so you can explain or put things right.

You may stop using the Service whenever you wish; your plan then ends at the close of the period paid.

Our website and its content

The ViewerFirst name and logo, the design of the website, our texts, guides, videos, images and our channel list are our work and protected by intellectual property law. You may view and print them for personal use. Any other use, including copying or republishing them, requires our written consent.

Liability

We provide the Service with reasonable care and skill. As far as the law allows:

  • we are not liable for problems caused by your device, your connection or network, the apps you use, or events beyond our reasonable control;
  • we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses, such as lost profit, data or opportunity;
  • our total liability for any claim linked to a plan is limited to the amount paid for that plan.

Nothing in these Terms limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited, or the rights you hold as a consumer under the mandatory law of your country of residence.

Partner program

If you join the ViewerFirst partner program, its own terms, accepted when you sign up, also apply to you. On matters specific to the program, those terms take precedence over these Terms.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the Service, the law or our practices change. The date at the top shows the latest version. We announce significant changes by email or on the website before they take effect. The version in force when you ordered applies to that order.

Questions and complaints

Please contact us first through the contact page: most questions are settled quickly, and we always look for a fair solution. If we cannot agree, you keep every remedy available under the law of your country of residence.

If any part of these Terms is held invalid, the rest remains in force. Not enforcing a right straight away does not mean giving it up.
